Regent is the only true all-inclusive line as their fares include standard shore excursions, making these price points significantly below what you'd end up paying for drinks, tips, and excursions on a three-star ship. Scroll down to see a cost versus inclusion analysis

Note if only inside and ocean view prices are shown - that indicates balconies are all sold out. But as these itineraries are so incredible, I'd suggest you seriously consider these as being peak summer, you will only want to be in your cabin to sleep.
