Use this form if you have booked a cruise with us and are required to prove interline eligibility.  Upload a picture of your proof of eligibility for interline rates.  This can be a staff ID, a screenshot of your staff travel eligibility, a letter of retirement, etc.  Contact us if you are unsure!
